Convenient metro access to explore Paris easily.

During my stay, the air conditioning in my room was completely ineffective, making it uncomfortable to relax, especially during warmer nights. When I raised the issue with the staff, they only offered a fan which did little to improve the situation. The cleanliness of the room also left much to be desired. I noticed dust and unvacuumed areas that should have been addressed before my arrival.

Super helpful staff, echt friendly! The location is on point for catching shows and exploring. Had a lekker spacious family room that was pretty much a mini flat. Loved it!

But geez, the WiFi was like a bad joke, slow and spotty—definitely needs a boost.

Unexpected convenience near the Philharmonie

The location near the Philharmonie de Paris was a highlight, offering cultural excitement just a stone's throw away. The spacious family room provided ample comfort for our four-person crew.

We faced several issues with the service. it often felt disorganized. The breakfast options were limited and repetitive during our stay, lacking variety and fresh produce.

Chur, the room was super spacious and clean, but the breakfast was a letdown with basic options every day. The view from the 10th floor was absolutely stunning.

the mercure has great facilities, with a fantastic fitness center and sauna. it's also super close to a well-known steak house which made dining out easy. the staff were welcoming and genuinely helpful, making our stay much better. it’s perfect for families needing extra space when exploring.

the breakfast could definitely use some improvement.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Classic Double Room with Two Double Beds and loved the spacious room with a great view! The breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, even though the bar service was a bit disorganized initially.

The suite was spacious with a lovely view, making it a great spot for our little one to roam around. The cold drinks in the fridge were a refreshing touch. loved the idea of the separate toilet from the bath area.
